We Do?
HCI adopts a systematic and comprehensive approach to designing, planning, scheduling and constructing projects that range from 100,000$ to $100 million. We expertise in General Site Construction & management, residential building & office tower design and construction.
During the construction management process, HCI is involved with the owner, architect and consultants from conceptual design through construction and until the facility is operational and occupied.
For over 20 years, HCI, have personified the highest standards of quality and reliability, in projects development, construction and management.

We managed to thrive and excel during the country’s 25 years of isolation through adapting flexible, agile techniques and processes, with our determination to achieve remarkable high quality, state of art projects that will leave a print in Sudan’s Construction industry.
